Neil was sentenced to 30 days in jail and five years probation in 1984 after an accident in which he crashed his car, killing passenger Nicholas “Razzle” Dingley of the band HANOI ROCKS. Neil was driving under the influence at that time.
Neil also pleaded no contest to a charge of assaulting a music producer in 2002, and again pleaded no contest in 2003 to charges he attacked a prostitute at the Moonlight Bunny Ranch in Nevada. In 2004, an arrest warrant was issued after he allegedly hit a sound engineer at a show in Texas.

However, with the new Review-Journal/8NewsNow poll, a whopping 79 percent of respondents gave a thumbs down to the proposed Dutch-style hashish and marijuana bars in Las Vegas, while 64 percent were anti-brothel. Boring.

“She was moved along out of the general area and put in isolation where nobody can actually get to her,” Dixon said. “That wouldn’t be fair to her. It wouldn’t be fair to my officers. It wouldn’t be fair to the other inmates … To put Paris Hilton in an open dorm area with male inmates and female inmates would shut down my process.”
Hilton, 29, was moved to several rooms during the process of her stay, including an isolation room – also known as a “drunk tank” – and even a sergeant’s office. Booked along with her in the Sin City jail were some 207 alleged drunks, druggies, prostitutes and other riff-raff.

But I don’t understand putting her above everyone else,” Ms Murray said. “If you’re alleged to commit a crime, you get treated like everybody else.”

Las Vegas, NV (AP) — It appears Craigslist may have surrendered in the legal fight over erotic ads posted on its website.
The online ad site has shut down its adult services section and replaced it with a black bar that simply says “censored.”
The move comes just over a week after a group of state attorneys general wrote in a letter that Craigslist should remove the section because it couldn’t adequately block potentially illegal ads promoting prostitution and child trafficking.
It’s not clear if the closure is permanent, and it appears to only effect Craigslist ads in the United States.
Craigslist’s adult services section carried ads for everything from personal massages to a night’s companionship, which critics say veered into prostitution. But the company has maintained the site was carrying ads tamer than those published by some newspapers.
