Hilton, who was busted Friday after she and a friend were stopped for a traffic citation, first claimed the coke in her purse wasn’t hers because not only would she never, ever do such a thing, but it’s not even her purse. When everyone laughed at this standard COPS crackhead response, she then tried to argue that the search was unwarranted. Oh, silly girl! Don’t you know that search-and-seizure rights were revoked after September 11th and never properly reinstated? What, nobody knows that? But we all know about Tiger Woods, right? So the news is focusing on the right stuff.
The Vegas police are saying they had every right to search the car because it smelled like pot, and that hippie herb might be legal in California, but the only thing legal in Vegas is prostitution, gambling, and virtually everything else. No dangerous marijuana!
